Why does this evaluation survey appear when I quit IDEAS GRC?
IDEAS GRC has the ISO 9001 certifications on Service Quality, and ISO 27001 on Information Security.
The standards of the 9001 standard on Quality require a continuous evaluation of quality performance in the service provided to client entities. This continuous evaluation must allow feedback from users, as well as making available to them the establishment of suggestions.
With this, in pursuit of a constant improvement in the service offered, you have at your disposal the possibility of evaluating each of the sessions in which you operate with the tool, anonymously or not, and with the added possibility of establishing the comment or suggestion that it deems appropriate and that will be taken into consideration.
